Michael Okon is an award-winning and bestselling author whose work spans paranormal, thriller, horror, action/adventure, coming-of-age, and self-help.

His stories operate on multiple thematic layers, blending high-concept storytelling with emotional depth, cinematic pacing, and character-driven stakes, exploring identity, power, morality, and transformation beneath propulsive genre narratives. He is known for creating unforgettable characters and worlds that resonate long after the final page.

Okon earned a degree in English from Long Island University, with a concentration in Shakespearean studies and a minor in film. He later earned a second degree in finance from Hofstra University, followed by an MBA in business and finance from Long Island University.

In addition to his novels, Okon is a prolific screenwriter, with completed screenplay adaptations available for all published titles, underscoring his focus on cross-platform storytelling and long-term franchise development.

Okon lives on the North Shore of Long Island with his wife and children, where he continues to develop original fiction and multimedia projects.
